James Couk Downing
‘s got a new print, and is also selling this crazy one-off hand-drawn version:
And Adam Cadwell
will have his fat volume of The Everyday to flog:
See you tomorrow!
LACF stalwart Gary Bainbridge has got a new comic out for Saturday: ‘Column is a teeny tiny A6 mini comic containing some of my drawings and ponderings on public sculpture. It’s got two different covers and the print run is minuscule, so get yours while they last’, and he’s also got some handsome totebags to carry all the comics you’ll be buying, plus the rest of his great comics, including the Sugar Glider series.
Oli East will be selling his unique series of books, along with some other Blank Slate titles, and he’ll also have a bargain box selling off some of his collection of comics to raise funds for his next project, a trip across France (or failing that, some beers and his bus fare home). And don’t forget about the other fine folks appearing, including John Allison, Dan Berry, James ‘Couk’ Downing (who’s tweets suggest he’s beavering away on something new), Karoline Rerrie, Adam Cadwell and The Pern who’ll all have fantastic things for sale which will definitely make your life immeasurably better.

It’s a busy time for comic and crafty events at the end of April and beginning of May, the week before LACF4, the 21st April sees the Comiket in Bishopsgate, London for all you southern comic lovers. Then LACF4 on the 28th April as you will well be aware, then the week after is May the 4th Be With You, a Star Wars themed exhibition and event featuring artwork by friends of LACF, including John Allison, Couk, Steve Tillotson, Hugh Raine, and Kristyna Baczynski.
And the week after that, the 12th May more good stuff at the Hand Made Art and Craft Fair, again featuring people you may recognise from our fairs, with arts crafts comics and all that, and this great poster from Kristyna Baczynski:

Andy ‘Hexjibber’ Sykes
and of course your humble hosts Steve Tillotson
and Hugh Raine. More exhibitors to be announced shortly.

The above infographic says it all, really looking forward to this. Also new, Gareth Brookes’ The Black Project, the twisted tale of a young boy whose passion for handicrafts and his burgeoning sexual desires combine with horrendous and entertaining results.
Also, I (Steve “Banal Pig” Tillotson) will be selling a few poster prints, mostably this brand new image, hand coloured digitally using traditional Photoshop methods:

Who? James Downing, although my pretentious artist name is Couk (it rhymes with “spook”)
What? Mainly illustration, shyte-loads of doodles, and comics when the mood takes me.
Where? On my bedroom floor usually. I directly lol into the face of a studio space (drop the bass)
When? Whenever I can. I have literally no free time.
Why? To simmer the rage that makes me want to destroy the universe
How? A pen or a graphics tablet or a paintbrush, or “miscellaneous fluids what I done found”
