LACF stalwart Gary Bainbridge has got a new comic out for Saturday: ‘Column is a teeny tiny A6 mini comic containing some of my drawings and ponderings on public sculpture. It’s got two different covers and the print run is minuscule, so get yours while they last’, and he’s also got some handsome totebags to carry all the comics you’ll be buying, plus the rest of his great comics, including the Sugar Glider series.
Oli East will be selling his unique series of books, along with some other Blank Slate titles, and he’ll also have a bargain box selling off some of his collection of comics to raise funds for his next project, a trip across France (or failing that, some beers and his bus fare home). And don’t forget about the other fine folks appearing, including John Allison, Dan Berry, James ‘Couk’ Downing (who’s tweets suggest he’s beavering away on something new), Karoline Rerrie, Adam Cadwell and The Pern who’ll all have fantastic things for sale which will definitely make your life immeasurably better.

New to the Fair part 2
In addition to Hugh’s lovely looking haul, here’s a quick preview of more stuff premiering at LACF4:
Firstly, Kristyna Baczynski’s brand new comic Nine Lives is previewed above and described thus:
“Follow an unfortunate feline fellow as he counts down his generous quota of lives. A 10-page concertina mini comic, printed on 300gsm matte brown board. Cut and folded with love and papercuts. Book measures 10cm x 9cm when folded. Edition of 300 only”.
Andy Sykes has produced some exciting Hexjibber Hobbies greetings cards and post cards, as well as his excellent Hexjibber Hobbies book, pictured above.
And lastly for now, I (Steve Tillotson) will be selling my brand new, limited-edition comic Christopher Wren, a minicomic which unfolds like a map so the pages get bigger until the poster sized conclusion is revealed- with two different endings! I’ll also be selling posters, badges and a selection from the back catalogue of banal pig comics.
New from Hugh!
I’ve been busy treading the boards but I still found time to go on another adventure on my favourite day, Hourly Comic Day!
So, new to the fair will be my forth hourly comic, Fun in and Around Halifax – and it’s only 50p! Plus, they fit right in your pocket! But while that might promote light-fingeredness, I should warn you I have the beady eyes of a hawk.

Plus, I’ll have plenty more of my other books and badges!

And I guarantee I’ll be sticking a camera in people’s faces! See you there!
